On your first contact we will agree on an initial consultation. This initial session will give us the opportunity to decide if therapy is the right path for you.

This might be the fist time that you will be given the possibility to express yourself openly and without feeling judged or this might be the fist time that you finally have a space that is just for you.

 

I can offer short term or opened ended integrative psychotherapy and counselling; for some people one or two sessions might be enough to tell their story, to clarify their issues and think about ways of moving forward. Others might have deeper issues that will require long-term work, which can take months or even years. Everyone is different and will need different support.

 

Appointments are on a weekly basis.
